I lead Product Engineering and AI at Saltbox, where we're building the logistics operator closest to the customer.
I'm also building Run It Again to help coaches bring their plays to life. Draw animated sports plays, build your playbook, and share it with your team.
My background
I got into software through customer support at Shipt. Before I worked on the product, I worked with the people using it. Moving into software development and then product management gave me a chance to understand how the software worked and help decide what it should do next.
After Shipt, I joined Fetch. My time there gave me more experience working across teams and navigating the decisions that come with a growing company. It broadened my understanding of the organizational work involved in building software, beyond the product and code.
Today, I'm at Saltbox, where I lead Product Engineering and AI. I work on product decisions and lead the engineering team, while continuing to write software myself.
I like being involved in both the product decisions and the code. That carries into my independent projects, too, where I can take an idea through to something people can use.
